Hostos Community College Students Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for choosing CPR123. We are looking forward to providing your training. Please read the following terms and conditions and then click on the button below.

• All Hostos Community College Students must register for training online through our website: www.CPR123.com
• Be sure to register before the deadline date listed in the class. Please contact us for registration if you miss the deadline.
• All Hostos Community College students must arrive 15 minutes in advance to sign in. Students will not be allowed in the classroom if they are 15 minutes late. Please be on time!
• All students are required to contact CPR123 in advance if they can not attend the course after processing their registration.
• Hostos Community College students will receive a confirmation email once they are registered in the class. If no email is received, please call our office immediately at 516-640-5372
• All students have to bring their school ID on the day of the course.
